HAGGARD & STOCKING, ASSOCIATES NAMED AN INDIANAPOLIS 2019 TOP WORKPLACE FOR 7TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR
Haggard & Stocking has been awarded a 2019 Top Workplaces honor by The Indianapolis Star. This is the 7th consecutive year that Haggard & Stocking has received this prestigious award.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
In an announcement memo to Haggard & Stocking’s Indianapolis employees, Vice President Jeff Haggard said, “Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 90 companies made this year’s list. I’m honored, especially because the judges were you, our employees! I truly appreciate all of you and what you do for H&S. I strongly believe that our employees our greatest asset and it means a lot to have this feedback from you.”
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
