Busy Summer at H&S!

As we head into fall on Saturday, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the awesomely busy summer we've had here at H&S. We've had numerous INTMA Events, our company Indianapolis Indians game, several golf outings (as both sponsors and attendees), the Indiana Manufacturing Suppliers Expo, the Governor's Century and Half-Century Awards, and the Lineman Rodeo! It may not sound like a lot, but the preparation and execution of each of these events was no small feat. Below, you can find collages and further info on a few of these events.

The Indiana Electric Cooperative's Lineman Rodeo was a blast! In the sweltering heat, we witnessed hundreds of linemen compete and demonstrate their abilities. Being a lineman is an extremely underrated profession; they work outside in the elements all day and provide resolutions whose absence would spell no power for anyone. At the H&S booth, we distributed free snow cones and gave away two Blackstone grills. We even got to have 3M come and station at our tent, while putting on a demo for a few of their fall protection offerings.

H&S has been freshly honored by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb! Due to our recent 50th anniversary as a company, we were eligible to attend (and win one of) the Governor's Century and Half-Century Awards. We've had a great 50 years and have been able to navigate and overcome some tough challenges during our tenure. We're looking forward to another great 50!

The Indiana Manufacturing Suppliers Expo was a ton of fun! We got to reconnect and check in on a few vendors and engage with some potential new customers. This event was held in the Biltwell Event Center, which is a fantastic location you should try and visit if you haven't before. We look forward to sponsoring and attending next year!
